Pan Roasted Cashews

Why buy toasted cashews? You can save money and have a better ingredient if you purchase them raw and toast them yourself. Because of the way sell-by dates work, grocers have to turn-over raw cashew stock more frequently, ensuring freshness. You can refrigerate them to extend their life, and toast them when you need them. You also have the raw ingredient for other uses, like cashew milk. Only one ingredient in the pantry, but multiple uses in the kitchen It’s easy, and so much more delicious!
